Policies and Rules
- Minimum age to reserve is 25 years; the reserving guest must sign the agreement and stay at the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No smoking residue may be left outside the home.
- No events allowed.
- Children allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle as indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle.
Fees and Payments
- This home allows dogs (mature, 50 pounds or less per dog, well-trained) with additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31–59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Towels and bed linens are provided.
- Kitchen offers cooking basics, utensils, and a starter set of paper products (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent tablets, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths). Quantities are enough for one or two nights.
